4. Band Maid wear costumes, that is a part of Visuel Kei ..

Many Visuel Kei Bands wear outlandish costumes but so what? They fucking make great music.

One of my favorite bands, An Cafe love costumes.. and again that's part of what Japanese VISUEL KEI is.

It used to piss me off, when someone compare Japanese bands against American bands. OR SAY stupid shit like if its not in ENGLISH it must suck. We might have INVENTED Rock N Roll but the rest of the world doesn't have to draw within the lines, when it comes to how music is made or produced. The music is aimed in Japanese audiences, but one can appreciate the music from a far..


Its AN entirely different culture.. People in the US make American judgements regarding how things should be, when in truth the rest of the world does not always follow along with the same things we deal with in this country.
