Plastic surgery is very common including changing facial features like cheeks or a nose. I am surprised the US is as high as it is.

The BRICS countries:

Brazil
India
Russia
China
South Africa

are probably going to see the largest increases as people are starting to have more disposable income. The increases in income in India, China, and Russia could fair well for South Korea and Japan getting more cosmetic surgery tourism.
