7. You seem a little unclear on the concept of a political "coronation"...

...hint: it requires one to start out with a commanding lead and then march straight on into the nomination.

Sanders started out at <1% support in some of the early states, with little national recognition at all; while Clinton started out ... well, with a very commanding lead, both in the early primary states and nationally.

Now I don't use the "coronation" terminology, myself. But clearly if one is going to use it, it does NOT apply to Bernie Sanders in this race. Maybe it applied to him in his last Senate race, where he won with something like 73% of the vote in Vermont. But not this race, he as scrabbled and scraped and fought his way up to parity with Clinton. Which, by the way, shows his fighting spirit.
