1. That the President wins the state

2. That Tammy Baldwin wins the Senate race

As long as both those things happen, it doesn't really matter whether Obama wins the state by 4 points or by 14 points!

Achieving those 2 things would be a huge victory, particularly the latter since Baldwin was the underdog up until this week.
