In reply to the discussion: Aren't you tired of the character assassination against Bernie? [View all]The Second Stone
(2,900 posts)I understand this is a political campaign and candidates should hit hard, but these pathetic attempts at destroying Hillary's reputation and distorting her record to the point of becoming pure lies is getting to be a bit much.
I'm tired of hearing that Hillary wants to get rid of health insurance without mentioning that she wants to replace it with actual healthcare.
I'm tired of hearing that she's in the pocket of the NRA when she has a D- rating from them and has almost always voted contrary to their agenda.
I'm tired of hearing that she has never passed a bill when she holds the record for getting amendments passed in bills.
I'm tired of hearing that she's "fighting" Planned Parenthood and BS when she has consistently supported them for decades.
And I'm mostly tired of the shills and low-class operatives who seem to magically pop up with the exact same memes at the exact same time each and every day based on what Bernie and his trained monkey, Larry David, decide to try and spin at the moment.
And that's why I despise Sanders so very much. He long ago decided he couldn't win an election by inspiring voters with a vision of a better America, so he tries to tear down anyone who stands in his way. It's callous, cruel, deceitful, and malicious, and that's not what I want in a president.
I'm going to vote with my heart and my head because both tell me that Hillary has a vision that doesn't include tearing anyone down to build herself up.
Somebody call a whambulance. I'm a Clinton supporter who likes Sanders, but geez, some of his supporters, not all of them, are real crybabies. Talk about constantly lying surrogates.
