I suggest that everyone who needs healthcare go through the emergency room. Run up a few 100,000 dollars or what ever it takes. Its unsecured debt, pay what you can afford each month, 5 dollars, 10, they have to take what they can get. 50 million people do that and the who healthcare system for everyone, insured or not will come crashing down. That is what it will take to get single payer.
If the fascists try to start up the debtors prisons then we will need to go mid-evil on the state agencies that enforce any fascist laws and it won't be pretty.
