...all the Republicans broke with the 68% majority of Americans who support it.

Christie had the balls to look in the camera and say, "America, You're Wrong. The millionaires will leave America and it would be a disaster."

There has been literally zero coverage as far as I can tell of that damning exchange, the subtext of which was go to hell America-at-large -- we know better than you.
