(8,514 posts)or don't help, the president win the election. Just because you don't see the evidence doesn't mean that scores of other people don't see it, either. We've seen this guy, and W. cheat in the debates. This isn't the first time, or the second time, it's the THIRD time.
There are reasons that they have rules in these debates--so that one candidate doesn't have an unfair advantage over the other candidate. When you bring a cheat sheet, or have an feed in your ear, it's cheating, and it gives an unfair advantage to one candidate over the other candidate. This doesn't mean that we are making "excuses" for our candidate. That is not the point. The POINT is that a candidate for the highest office in the land CHEATS and that says something about his character. The American people have the right to know about his character since he often holds our lives, literally, in his hands.
What this means is that we speak up about something when we see it. And it is not up to you, or to anyone else, to tell us not to speak up. This is a democracy, and we all participate in that democracy in ways that each one of us determines.
