13. Indictment? How is it becoming more and more likely.

Most of the reports are coming from "former FBI" people, who are guessing about what is going on. There's nothing tangible to indicate that the FBI will recommend prosecution at all.

Hillary Clinton will not "suspend" anything, and should not.
