8. Did they miss any votes on anything important, or where their vote would make a difference?

I am willing to give both Sanders and Cruz (also Clinton and Obama in 2008) a pass on missing routine roll call and procedural votes. But they should be there for a major vote (e.g. a supreme court nomination).
