Democrat Bernie Sanders triumphed over Hillary Clinton in the Wisconsin primary - but still faces a difficult path to the presidential nomination.
The Vermont senator scored 56 per cent of the vote to Clinton's 43 per cent as he scored his seventh win in his last eight contests.

At a rally after the race was called in Wyoming Sanders warned Clinton that he would come after her in New York next, and he believes he has an 'excellent' chance to win there, too, on April 19.
'Tonight kicked off the most important three week stretch of the campaign, and we did it with another overwhelming victory,' he told his supporters via email shortly after formal results came in. 'If we can keep our momentum going through the states that vote and caucus over the next three weeks, we're going to win this election.'
