55. Hillary on the subway is like Dukakis in the tank

Not fooling anybody.

I just watched the episode of the series CNN is doing on Presidential elections, the one on Bush versus Dukakis in 1988. The Dukakis in the tank was dreamed up by some idiot in the campaign to counter the footage of Bush getting rescued from the water after his plane crashed in WWII. A couple of Dukakis aides were recounting how awful the tank episode was and they had footage of the press corps laughing as Dukakis went by in the tank.

So now we have Hillary, just one of the regular folks, riding the subway. Did the Secret Service have to clear the station for the Queen?
