(44,423 posts)I voted Clinton in my primary, namely because I believe she was the best of the choices of candidates. Of two people.
It was never intended as a slam against Senator Sanders who, while I have some doubts about his appeal to the general electorate and his ability to get his agenda passed if he manages to be elected, is a decent and genuine individual.
I would vote for Sanders if he faced Donald Trump.
I would vote for Sanders if he faced Ted Cruz.
I would vote for Sanders if he faced whatever Republican establishment milquetoast they choose to broker, whether it be Kasich or Ryan or whomever.
And you know what? I would vote for him without going all drama about having to hold my nose or claim that it's just suuuuuuuuccccchhhh an impossible choice and how you haaaaaaaaaaaattttteeeeeee yourself for having to vote for suuuuuuuuuuuccccchhhh a horrrrrribbbbbbbbllllleeee candidate.
Not everyone's favorite candidate becomes the nominee (Mine dropped out several months ago). That's a fact. Deal with it.
And grow the fuck up.
