23. People talk like New York is nothing but millionaires

Income and wealth disparity here is horrible, and the NYCHA is in dire straits.

$25 million dollar condos going up all the time, but these good people having to live in conditions like that.

My wife works with clients who live in these conditions. It's just sad.
