Following your scenario, Hillary gives a speech, gets paid $XXX. She doesn't want to pay tax on it so instead she donates it to her Foundation. Then she gives herself a very high salary from the Foundation. Which she has to pay tax on. Seems like a whole lot of effort for nothing. And please spare me the 'Foundation Donors got weapons deals' RW crap. Correlation does not equal causation. Until someone shows me some actual proof that there is a direct connection it's just innuendo and slander.
