It is very comprehensive and thought out and forward looking. No hype, she released it and has been talking about it ever since. She made an unfortunate and misunderstood comment. Campaigning is tiring and people on the trail to make mistakes. She apologized for it and stepped right into the lion's den to address comments from W.Virginians who were very hostile and rude. She calmly addressed their concerns as said that even though they may not support her, she would always support them if she were fortunate enough to win the Presidency. It took a lot of courage and concern to do what she did under the circumstances. Hats off to her for doing this.

She was on this issue long before any other candidate running. Trump follows on with bluster and like-minded individuals believe he is concerned about them.
