On paper at least, he's the stronger candidate for November... i.e. in an election against a Republican, in which the entire country votes. He is better positioned for that than Clinton is, considering her huge unfavorables outside the Dem base. But in an election against Clinton in which mostly Democrats vote, he has a much tougher time. As many of us have said from the start, his bigger issue is beating Clinton. By comparison, beating the Republican in November would be easy. But his chances of beating Clinton for the nomination were always tough. Which means we're putting up our weaker candidate in November. Luckily, the Republican candidate looks weaker still, so she should still win.
