9. Social conservatives??!!! Bernie??!!!

An elderly Jewish hippie socialist who honeymooned in Moscow, fathered a child out of wedlock, and didn't hold his first long-term steady job until he was almost 40? And these are just simple little truths.

All the social conservatives I know, and unfortunately there have been a lot, would be hissing his name and demanding his arrest and imprisonment before talk radio even really got started on him. And they would already have come to believe the survival of our nation depended on it.

They are incredibly vicious political adversaries. Think the Bernie zealots are addicted to hostility and aggression, greedily internalizing every lie they can find, villifying their opponents beyond all recognition just so they can attack, attack, attack with great righteousness?

The SBS zealots are David Koch compared to the right wing's Charles. And the SBSers' opportunities to act out are like DU compared to Fox, Talk Radio, and the right wing's character assassination machine.
