(11,619 posts)of delegates. She was closer to Obama, but, like Sanders, she could never catch up.
She learned from that loss in 2008 and ran a campaign with that in mind. At no point since mid-March has her win in the primary ever been in doubt. There was no way anything short of a catastrophe that could change the outcome.

And rather than throw around that accusation of lying, you might just ask why I think the way I do. I support Clinton.
The fact is the Democratic Primary system with its proportional dispensation of delegates makes it damn near impossible to beat a candidate with even a small lead in delegates in a 2 person race. If there had been 3 or 4 Candidate through March and into April, anyone could have won it. Once Clinton put away those wins in the South, the primary hasn't been in doubt.
