They are individuals who were not sitting in a phone bank making calls.

There some mentally ill, desperate people who support Clinton too.

There are "regular" people whose emotions are extremely invested in her, and might get riled up and do something like send obnoxious text messages if provoked.

Are you going to say that is typical of her supporters? That Clinton is personally responsible for their behavior?
