If you're not INside and being one of those contributing to STRENGTH; you're outside, weak, a detractor, a malcontent. It let's them position their slogan as a weapon.
Fuck this "big tent" I've been told my roll is to be silent and obedient, contribute to the strength but hush mah mouth.
