(11,358 posts)10. Completely unfair to fund someone's $50K per semester college
while elementary, middle school and high school students in poor neighborhoods don't have textbooks or a non-toxic school building.
Pre-school and primary school education should be the highest priority.

I could see $50K-$60K per year, with $14K Room and Board. I am not familiar with a $100K/yr school.
