I confess that I have poo-pooed the email thing for a very long time.

But, after much reading -- including the OIG report -- there are three things that bother me the most. Her use (and hiring at the CF) of Blumenthal as an advisor against the wishes of the Administration, the reinforcement of her apparent belief that rules do not apply to her, and her attempts to circumvent record keeping rules. THAT bothers the shit out of me.

Her actions were stupid, negligent, arrogant, and possibly criminal.
