While she was Sec. Of State the Clinton Foundation took in millions of dollars...from foreigners..who benefitted from her rulings
That's quid pro quo ....undeniable
An issue compounder by scienter (knowledge of what is wrong) because she was in the White House and Senate
She knows right from wrong; and FOIA protocols!
Further condemning is the mens rea ( intent to circumvent auspice and laws) by intentionally setting up the server...and then lying about it ( many times)
Don't forget..she's an attorney at law!
Compounding all of this are the glaring ...100% Undeniable acts .....ofOBSTRUCTION of Justice, with the Destruction of potential evidence.
All made morose by her IT guys emails also vanishing
No frigging wall all of his communications can be touted as personal
It's all so ridiculous that we are quabbling about such heinous & egregious behaviors.
FBI & DOJ are remiss, in dragging their feet...on this
Its like they are all hoping to be rewarded, for doing her this staunch refusalto prosecute..solid
