Your apparent implication is: No one may write anything that might reflect badly on Hillary Clinton unless, in the same piece, the author tosses in gratuitous criticism of Trump, no matter how unrelated it is to the subject.

You may find this hard to believe, but not every piece mentioning Clinton is directed at the subject "which candidate should I support this fall."
