This could mean one or two things.

1. Internal polling shows Hillary will win CA
2. Word has gotten out that the campaign ends tomorrow no matter what happens (Bernie drops out)

I think it's probably mostly #2. And if it is, expect the volume of leaks and insider information to increase over the next 36 hours.
