43. Even if she were, nobody yet has ever been able to explain

to me what exactly is wrong with lessening evil when evil must prevail.

Even if you believe every fevered bit of nonsense that has ever been claimed about Clinton, or Sanders if that dim and ever dimming likelihood occurs, it's either them or Trump with the veto pen, the megaphone to the world, the reins of the economy, the judicial, executive and diplomatic nominating authority and the nuclear codes in a bit under a year. No-one else. No white knight or write-in miracle. That's your choice.

I dunno about the rest of you, but if I ever wake up strapped naked to a chair in the company of an unsympathetic loanshark with a roll of surgical tools, and he offers me the choice between losing my little toe and losing my carotid artery, I'm going to go for being called Joe Ninetoes the rest of my life and be pretty relieved. I'm not, once assured of no escape, going to leave the choice up to him by complaining that it's mean to cut off anything at all and hoping that Rambo bursts through the wall to rescue me at the last second. If you think both Dem and R nominees are evil in November, at least be realistic enough to accept that they similarly are the only options and pretending there are others just leaves the choice up to people who may not have your best interests at heart.
