Using a childish graphic to reach a desired demographic. It might speak well to those who disapprove of someone born without a silver spoon in HER mouth who just keeps pushing, and working, and collaborating, and unifying, and working, and working until she becomes successful and keeps reaching for a higher goal.

I've learned on DU that in other contexts a correct description of your meme could be called 'she's being uppity.'
