The sooner this is over, the better.

Does anyone actually think that HRC knowingly and willfully mishandled classified documents or (alternatively) exercised gross negligence in their handling?

These are among the necessary conditions set forth in Title 18. Absent those prerequisites, no crime has been committed.

If you think that these necessary conditions have been fulfilled, then you would also have to conclude that many of the people who sent emails to Clinton at her private server address are also open to prosecution for the same offense.
