Just wanted to jump in and say thanks. Good to see there are some here who will talk about the issues. For many dems it's all about the party and almost a sin to even look at someone else's platform and compare/contrast. And I understand the argument about the "how do you get your goals accomplished?" question for the Green party. They need to have a plan and like others have said, work from local on up.

The thing is, I heard the same argument/question posed to Bernie supporters. You know, "he seems like a nice guy but he's just selling dreams that he can never make good on." Personally, I'd rather have a candidate that sees how things should be and at least tries to fight for them over a candidate who looks, shrugs, and says "eh, you're such an unrealistic dreamer. The status quo is good enough." Inspiring...
