She is competing with Hillary for Bernie supporters' votes. I don't see what is strange about that.
I do agree with her about rank choice voting. I think it would be useful in the primaries as well. A few weeks ago, I had to choose in my Congressional primary between voting for the one I really wanted and voting for the one with the best chance to defeat the candidate I didn't like. Instant runoff voting would have enabled me to really have my voice heard.

She also said that Hillary's first act as president "might" be to start a nuclear war with Russia.
