(11,175 posts)45. It's not a ridiculous reaction from her point of view.
The big question for the Greens is how many disaffected Bernie supporters they can pull in. Stein's statement isn't aimed at Clinton voters. Instead, her goal was to walk the fine line between disagreeing with Bernie and nevertheless trying to appeal to his supporters.
A non-ridiculous statement would have been "I've come to see the folly of third-party politics" but I didn't really expect that from her.

She also said that Hillary's first act as president "might" be to start a nuclear war with Russia.
