I agreed with something Joe said: "That is not a political strategy; that is a business strategy."

But why are you so surprised, Joe? The modern gop is run by unabashed profit-seekers that have (but hopefully, had) identified a market to exploit ... low information/racial/fear-based voters (i.e., fox-viewership), along with other unabashed profit-seekers (i.e., the koch brothers), seeking to buy government.
