They all got suckered into thinking they could out-bully the bully.

Hillary is smarter than that. You may not want to believe it, but you are witnessing a strategy that is working. Hillary is acting like a NORMAL presidential candidate. They worst thing she and her surrogates could do is fight Trump tactics with Trump tactics. It would play right into the media's false equivalency meme.

She is presenting a considered and consistent vision for the country. Sure, the media is lazy and stupid, and that's the last thing they want to cover. But she is wise to stay with it, because in the end, substance will beat stupidity.
