There probably not enough taco trucks anywhere, though, to cover all precinct voting locations. Still, if I owned a food truck, I'd sure consider a polling place stop.

There are fourteen precincts just in my ward in St. Paul, MN. It would take most of the taco trucks here to cover just my ward, which is one of six in the city.
