An alpha is someone who is naturally follow able. They just exude leadership from their pores
a beta personality (despite what 4chan says) is someone who CAN lead, but prefers not to.
an omega is the bottom of the heap. most people are omegas.
there is no shame in that, but drumpf is an omega with delusions of grandeur.
since most omegas will follow the loudest person in the room, someone like drumpf can get away with his bullying bullshit.

However we've seen what happens when he's faced with a REAL Alpha type, or even a Beta with enough position to tell him to go fuck himself.

He can't stand that becasue he known he's less. he KNOWS it.
That's why he's such a blustery asshole, because he knows he's literally incapable of being anything else.
