15. I noticed that too, and he extends the length of his speches by repeating phrases . . .

over and over, probably because he doesn't have much real policy to talk about, and probably he knows that repeating things re-enforces the thought in his viewers minds.

Sorta like "crooked Hillary, crooked Hillary, crooked Hillary".

Sorta like Goebbel's big lie technique, repeat it over and over and over and many will believe.
