She did use that name when she filed in California but I think that was not her real name. For her to be receiving direct threats if her name is not Katie then Trump KNOWS who is making this claim against him. If he knows who it is then she's telling the truth. How else would he be able to have people threaten her? If he didn't do it then how would he know who to threaten?
