The problem of hoping for impeachment of Trump if he wins the election through illegal rigging, is that he's going to appoint supporters at every government level he can. This means pro-Trump judges at every federal level (not just the Supreme Court), pro-Trump agency heads and agency employees, etc. There may not be enough elected members in the House and Senate willing to fight for impeachment in the face of pressure from the many pro-Trump lackeys that will be in other power positions in our government. Plus, who's to say that if Trump wins the election, he won't find (or create) a way to get key laws changed so that he can't be impeached - current laws and current checks and balances not withstanding.
