It is not true that the DOJ "is not accepting phone calls." They are not "tallying" the number of callers, but that is not the same as "not accepting phone calls". Moreover, even if they don't carefully tally the number of calls, a large number of calls will not fail to make an impression. The people have a right to demand that their votes be counted. Otherwise, we cannot claim that this is a democracy.
