I'm stupefied. I thought he was supposed to be campaigning for Hillary all that time, as some continue to insist he did? And given the topic of this book, was he actually rooting for her to lose?

Remember that guy he aligned himself with when he trotted off to the Vatican for that "speech", Jeffrey Sachs? Well, Sachs is the author of the controversial "Shock Therapy" doctrine, which of course has proven to be completely ineffective at helping countries in economic trouble (see this blog for a quick summary: http://bilbo.economicoutlook.net/blog/?p=29888).

Did Bernie secretly (or not so secretly) want people who didn't vote for him to go through some 'shock therapy' of their own? And doesn't it seem highly unusual, at the very least, that he's got a book out about her supposedly awful campaign that was ready to go before the election was even over?

More "white working class" primacy bullshit? Sanders book tour needed some excitement eh? bettyellen Nov 2016 #1
