10. Citizens have a right to know where their Representatives and Senators stand

Not calling a vote because a vote will fail is a lousy excuse. Let us know what our Senators and Representatives really stand for. Make them vote. Then, if our person votes against something we want, we know whom to hold responsible. Enough with this government-by-secret-handshakes-in-dark-alleys.

I guess Reid wants to continue presiding over a Senate that accomplishes nothing, leaving Senators plenty of time for fundraising among the 1%.

We must all let our Senators know what we think of this outrage. I have and I will again.

P.S. Merkley and Udall are Western Ds.
