mostly specific?

IMO the understanding of women has nothing to do with the sex. It is the type of relationship. Any gays or lesbians that have difficulties because they don't take time to listen to their spouse? Or how about parents with their teenagers? And the same could be said of teenagers with their parents. If you strip away the gender you likely will see that it has little to do with gender.
