9. If PA's voter ID law is upheld think again, it'll cost us several points here

While PA's voter ID law is being challenged in court, I personally don't hold much hope that it'll be struck down for a few reasons.
-Such laws have been upheld in other states.
-If it makes it to the PA state supreme court the GOP has a 1 vote majority there, so we probably lose.
-If it makes it to the US Supreme Court (I doubt it, no matter which side wins in federal court) then we probably lose there to, since the right wing judges don't think making things really inconvenient is an unconstitutional attempt to deny people the right to vote

That's going to make it tougher for Obama and democrats to win statewide by robbing us of a bunch of votes in south eastern PA, where democrats have to rack up huge vote victories to win the state.
