Specious, unadorned bullshit. Not final yet? Like they are gonna change huge swathes of it at the last minute? Give me a break. Under Fast Track, when it is final - all we can do is read it and weep. That's the truth. And by the time we get Fast Track, the votes to pass the thing will have been bought and paid for.
