(3,894 posts)295. I'm not sure what constitutes a "surrogate," but David Axelrod has been throwing snide barbs
at Bernie's supporters lately on msnbc. Last night he compared Bernie to a "fling," someone they knew they'd never see again after a weekend of fun. I can't quote him exactly, but you get the drift.
