39. You mobilize a more peoplle

and spread the word the old fashioned way, by knocking on doors and talking to people.
We do it here all the time for even state wide elections in NY.
There is no reason why it cannot be done on a national level with today's technology to coordinate people.

Now can you please answer my question?
