(67,782 posts)...but you won't trick me into doing so.
They're not simple black and white, yes or no issues, far more involved than trying to address them in posts on a website like this, particularly the way they're posed. And even if I were to attempt to answer them here, the hordes would descend upon me "like flies on a rib roast" (as I suspect they will anyway once I hit "post my reply"
.
For example, "Privatization of the Public Schools"...where? Inner cities, rural towns, suburbs? What exactly do you mean by "privatization" anyway? Does that mean only Charter Schools, or are you driving at something else? I know Charter Schools are a controversial issue - there are some that are absolutely horrible, but there are also some that work quite well. As I say, this like many other issues are not black and white, yes or no.
But, if you really want to know how she feels on certain aspects of education, there's plenty out there to read. As they say, "google is your friend".
Let me turn this around - what are Sanders' positions on the issues you mention - Common Core, Privatization, Charters, testing? To be honest, I've seen very little of that discussed on this site in the last month or so, more talk of how many people showed up for a rally, how many lawn signs are out in California, etc.
