14. What a WONDERFUL account!!! Good for YOU!!

I do this kind of thing too, when called for. I told a liquor store where I buy my wine that I was going to eschew them if they didn't get rid of Fox News--that I found it viscerally distressing. I told the guy "I shouldn't feel worse leaving here than I did coming in, and that's what your shitty tv is doing to me." I guess he must have polled his customers! They switched to TVLAND and the guy said he's getting positive reviews (who doesn't like Beaver and Wally and crap like that). He's probably still a wingnut, but it's not spewing everywhere now. One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind...!

I have a feisty relation who dumped her mechanic because he wouldn't turn off Limbaugh. He tried forever to retrieve her custom, but she found another who charged less and played golden oldies!
