(9,214 posts)I too will vote, for Bernie if he wins the nomination and if not for the most liberal candidate that is not pro-war or pro-Wall Street. I certainly don't want to vote for a candidate that will only tell me if she supports Keystone after we blindly elect her President. She can kick that can down someone else's street.
I doubt I will need to do a write-in.
Counter to your thinking I feel that I have thrown my vote away in every election the Democrats have won starting after Carter.
The poster was right, the party will not change if people keep supporting it, that is why the unaffiliated voter group is larger than either major party and growing while the parties are losing members. More and more people are starting to realize that neither party represents the majority of people.
